DANCE OF
THE CHAKRAS
DOTC PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION TRAININGS GUIDED BY AMY SECADA
It’s time to reconnect to the wisdom of your body to help others access their joy & liberation.
Dance of the Chakras Somatic Method awakens the body’s seven primary chakra centers through movement and sensation.
Rooted in principles of somatic awareness, Afro-Indigenous movement traditions, and mind-body integration, the method invites participants into a deeper connection with their physical, emotional, and energetic experience. Through guided movement explorations, breath-led flow, and intuitive expression, practitioners are encouraged to cultivate presence, emotional regulation, vitality, and inner joy.
Designed for all levels, Dance of the Chakras offers a grounded and accessible pathway into self-discovery, embodiment, and ancestral movement wisdom.
